Welcome to the first annual Normally Awards! This is the part of the show where I look back on my year and hand out random awards that really mean nothing except that I hope they provide some kind of entertainment for you.

If not, at least I’m getting a kick out of writing this.

The Hobbyist Award goes to my husband Dave, who hobby-ed us right out of our apartment and into our first house.

The Best Baby Makers Award goes to my brother Adam and his wife Jen who seriously made the most adorable baby of all time. See?

The So Glad You Are Not 40-Year Old Creepers Awards go to Jessica, Caitlin, and Julie…my roommates at Fitbloggin’. (I don’t have a picture of the four of us?!)

The Most Indecisive Award goes to my little brother Jonathan who started college as a film major, switched to Communications, and then switched back to film. In less than a semester’s time. A man after my own heart.

The Cowardly Lion Award goes to Dexter, my lion hearted dog.

The I Want To Be You Award goes to Ashley. Seriously… nut butters, barefoot running, amazing photography? I’m jealous (her picture).

And finally, the Guest Room Award goes to Lindsay and her husband James, because I promise I’ll get down to Austin eventually. Maybe in 2011?
