Veggie Wrap
March 2nd, 2011
In the past 3-ish years, I’ve learned that dinner shouldn’t be left to Dave’s discernment. His default meals are spaghetti or cereal.
After a hard, end-of-the-workday run, I want something healthy and fresh but I don’t want to cook.
Enter: veggie wrap.
The last time Dave said, “spaghetti?” I suggested this. Now I never hear “spaghetti?” anymore, but I have learned that I always need to have fresh vegetables and chickpeas on hand.
- whole wheat wrap
- Tahini-free hummus
- spinach
- tomatoes
- green peppers
- cucumbers
- cheddar cheese
- paprika
It’s delicious, it’s healthy, and Dave and I can’t eat enough of them. I recommend these for those dinners when you want something healthy but don’t want the hassle!
P.S. I really need to buy some batteries for my camera. I’m getting sick of my Android photos. Apologies, my friends. I’ll fix that soon.

This sounds great Abby! haha, I hear ya! I used to only have my phone 1.5 years ago and took pics with that all the time. It’s something, but definitely does no justice to reeall photos
