First off, I am a fellow runner nut and just read your recent post about what you should expect when training and died laughing about the part where you will be a bottomless pit. It's so funny how us runners are usually getting flack for being skinny but we could outeat most football players, no joke! :) The next thing is that the reason I found your site was I read the little blurb on your twitter page and got to the part about you loving sarcasm...on my list of fav's that ranks right up there with running, so I of course had to click the link..lol. Finally, you're blog is just great and I'm looking forward to reading more. Also, a HUGE congrats on dropping 40lbs...that's such a huge accomplishment.
